DESCRIPTION:

Are you a spinner or a felter? Do you dream of creating your own fiber and color combinations for your yarns and works of art? This class is your dream come true! First, learn to dye wool roving using a number of different methods like hand-painting, immersion and squeeze bottles. During the second class, you will blend and combine your hand-dyed roving using hand carders and a drum carder to design your custom fibers. Add angelina sparkle and bits and scraps of many other fibers. Bring your ideas and we will explore the possibilities! Materials fee $20, payable to the instructor.
